1. Object of the Agreement

The Licensor grants the Affiliate the right to promote and distribute its products/services according to the established affiliate program, in exchange for a commission included in the final price of the product/service.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Affiliate's Rights:

• To use the promotional materials provided by the Licensor.

• To receive the agreed commission, already included in the price of the product/service.

2.2. Affiliate's Obligations:

• To comply with the rules and conditions established by the Licensor within the affiliate program.

• Not to modify or misrepresent information about the products/services.

2.3. Licensor's Rights:

• To establish and modify the affiliate program conditions with prior notice.

• To suspend affiliation in case of a breach of the terms of this agreement.

2.4. Licensor's Obligations:

• To ensure payment of the commission according to the agreed terms.

• To provide the necessary promotional materials.

3. Commission and Payment

3.1. The commission is already included in the final price of the product/service and is set at a percentage of [XX]% of the sale value.
